PARRY VILLAGE ANNUAL HOA OWNERS MEETING 2026

The Annual HOA Owners meeting was Held 1/12/2026 @7 30 PM. Keep an eye out for the Summary of meeting mailing or hand delivery of what was discussed at the meeting , your 2026 fees and your 2026 Board. The summary will be posted on the documents page of this website as soon as the final draft is completed.

The Parry Picnic is for Owners /Residents of Parry Village.

WE are looking for Volunteers to set up for the day, Servers and Clean up.
Q: Am I an HOA member?
A: If you have personally signed the Covenant documents, or if the former owner signed documents you are an HOA member? If you have not signed Covenants and the previous owners never returned them for whatever reason, you can find out that status through our Secretary. WE can have paperwork drawn up by Association Attorney for you and provide witness and Notary services for your document filing. There is no cost to you. The process is quick and painless.

Q: Is there a Notary on site if i need to have documents notarized?
A: Yes, the Treasurer is a Certified Notary Public and offers some services free to Parry Village HOA membership. If you would like to make an appointment , Please contact her @ PVtreasurer06@gmail.com

Q: I am having a problem with one of my neighbors disturbing my peace. What can be done?
A: If you are having a problem with a neighbor or anyone disturbing your peace, harassing , threatening etc. Please call the Sheriff, Note each and every time something happens, Photographic evidence or video evidence with a time stamp will help in your reporting and case. WE do have cameras in portions of the park but it is highly recommended that owners invest in a couple cameras for their properties that will catch criminal behavior and record it in case you need it later on. Most importantly, Never leave your home unlocked or your vehicle, especially at night.!!!

Q: Id be interested in perhaps serving as a Board member or being on a committee. What do I need to do?
A: If you would like to serve on the Board, you must submit your name, to the Board in Writing for consideration. The Board doesn't appoint and we are elected members so if you wish to put your name into the mix for nominations Please do! You must be a member of the HOA in good standing to be placed on the ballot. This needs to be done prior to December when the Annual meeting packets are mailed out.. If you are unsure of your membership status, Please ask the Secretary for that information.

If our area is under a Hurricane or Tropical Storm watch or warning , Our
shelter is BOYNTON BEACH HIGHSCHOOL, which is located off GATEWAY BLVD.
about 1/4 mile East of Congress Avenue, on the Right or South Side of the Blvd.
Please have your plans in the event of a storm evacuation ahead of time so
that you are not panicking when a storm is upon us. If winds are above
a certain strength, Emergency and Rescue workers will not be able to respond
to calls until the storm has passed. BE PREPARED!
PLEASE HAVE AN EMERGENCY BOX SET UP AHEAD OF TIME .
Some things to place in the box:
I have been through a couple storms where power has been out more than
a week and it is not pleasant.
Try to make yourself as comfortable and
stress free as you can. It is good to have an emergency contact on file with
our secretary in case of any emergency.
Great time to Pressure wash your home , Driveway and sidewalks
Make Parry Look her Best.

Picnic is scheduled Saturday the 14th. 3 (ish) Dinner at 4 pm Owners/Residents please come join us for your Picnic in the park.

HOA fees are now due and payable . Fees are considered late if they have not arrived by FEB 15th 2026. The schedule of fees is listed on the documents page of this site. If you are not sure what is owed or need to make a payment arrangement contact the treasurer at the email address below.
